About this game:

Can greed ever be a good thing? Yes, in this case each player is allowed to release his/her inner tycoon to acquire companies and market segments to control as much of the economy as possible. The more any player is able to acquire – by birthright, trading, and luck – the better. The key to recognizing a good trade is 1) knowing how many market segments (factors) are associated with each company, and 2) strategically acquiring specific companies to control an industry (staircase). Ask the winning tycoon to declare what he/she is going to do with all his/her money. You may be surprised!
